 POLICIES:

All gift messages are free! You can add a gift message for each item in your order. If you select one of our gift-wrap options, we will print your message on an enclosure card. Otherwise, we'll include your message on the packing slip.

Your satisfaction is our main concern.  If you don't love your item, please call us at (310)890-1821, or simply return the item within 14 business days for a full refund of your purchase price.  Our usual method for refunding payments is to credit the funds back to the credit card that was used to purchase the item, via your Amazon account.  You will see the credit there.
